OUR POLICY FOR RETURNS IS DIFFERENT TO OUR POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS PLEASE READ: 

Cancellations policy 

Think carefully before you make your purchase. As soon as you place your order online we incur substantial charges from our both our credit card service providers and Secure Trading who provide the secure environment to process your details. This is not refunded to us when we make a refund to you. Consequently, if you cancel your order before we have sent it out we will charge you 15% of the total price including postage you have paid. 

Returns policy 

We DO want you to be happy with your purchase. If however on receipt you are for any reason not satisfied with the goods we have sent you please return them within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange them or issue a full refund for the price of the item. If you send the item back after having a look at it we will NOT charge you the cancellations fee of 15%. 

Goods should be returned in their original condition, which in the case of Dildos means they should still be in their original wrapping. 

We cannot exchange goods that have been used unless they are faulty. 

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service (recorded or special delivery, we can only replace goods we have actually received). We will also refund the delivery charge if the return is the result of our error. 

Please state the reason for the return and please remember to include your name and address and a phone number so we can liase with you. Do not send to our E3 studio address, we are in a large building with an insecure internal post system.

We pick up from this address once a week, this can mean it could be 10 to 14 days before you receive your refund. If you are concerned at any point along the way as to what's happening just give us a call and we can ring through to N10 to check your package is there.
