How to return an order.
Whatever model you select you can return for exchange or refund without quibble as long as you do so within 10 days of receipt.
Goods should be sent back in their original condition, which in the case of Dildos means they should still be in their original wrapping, unused.
We cannot exchange goods that have been used unless they are faulty. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service (recorded or special delivery), as we can only replace goods we have actually received).
We will also refund the delivery charge if the return is the result of our error Please state the reason for the return and include your name, and address, and a phone number so we can liase with you.
IMPORTANT: Do not send to our E3 studio address, we are in a large building with a communal post box and your package may not reach us. Please return to: Studio 1.1 19 Osterley Rd, London, N16 8SN

We pick up from our returns unit once a week, this can mean it could be 10 to 14 days before you receive your refund. If you are concerned at any point along the way as to what's happening just give us a call or send us a text and we can ring through to N16 to check your package is there.
