How to return an order.

Whatever model you select you can return for exchange or refund without quibble as long as you do so within 10 days of receipt.

Goods should be sent back in their original condition, which in the case of Dildos means they should still be in their original wrapping, unused.

We cannot exchange goods that have been used unless they are faulty or you don't want because you have broken up with your lover after placing your order.

You will get another lover, a better one, save it for them, you know you are worth it! Once you placed an order it can NOT be cancelled, so don't order when you are under the influence. It's a major investment and one to make sober! An order can be altered, if you have second thoughts about suitability, but not refunded.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service (recorded or special delivery), as we can only replace goods we have actually received. We will also refund the delivery charge if the return is the result of our error.
