What delivery service should I choose?
United Kingdom: If you are spending more than £50 and are in the UK we recommend you choose either Special Delivery or Express Special delivery. With both of these services the items are fully insured and you are guaranteed an immediate replacement in the event of the package going missing. Recorded delivery is pretty reliable but it is a less secure service and not fully insured. We will still replace any goods that go missing but it can take longer.
Worldwide: If you are in Europe or the rest of the world we used to recommend you choose Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed. We can however get a quote from a courier to you destination. For a courier quote whatsapp me the items you are interested in buying and I will check the price. Please note that since Brexit we have to fill in a customs declaration and most countries will charge you vat at their local rate.When we were in the EU this was not a problem but since idiotic Brexit, nearly all customers except in the UK will get charged by their government an import tax. THIS MONEY DOES NOT COME TO BABES. You should check this out as to what rate your import tax is before you order. Please also check that the goods you select are allowed by your country to import. Not all countries allow adult toys by post though I never write that description on invoices. And it has only ever happened once but cannot compensate for any goods sent by me but seized by customs. It is important to me that I am transparent with you about the post Brexit trading difficulties.
How can I expedite my delivery?
If we have your item in stock, we despatch the next day. However, as we offer such an extensive array of colours as well as styles we may not have your first colour choice to hand. This could mean a wait of up to 28 days for delivery, to give the workshop time to make the model to your spec. If you've got a hot date that is quite a long time to wait, so what can you to do to speed it all up? Here's how:
1. Save time by checking availability with us.
If you want something right away the best thing to do is text or email us. That way we can then tell you when to expect it or discuss an alternative colour in your chosen model that we could send out immediately. When people do this we can often send the item that very same day and if you are in the UK and choose special delivery that means your stuff can be on the mat in the morning!
2. Save time AND up to 40% by choosing a 'Random Colour'.
For those who just want to get on with it, don't want to phone, and are really not fussed about the colour, substantial savings as well as time can be made by letting us choose from stock. Just select the random colour option in the drop down menu when you make your choice. If you select this option you will generally get your items within a week. The smaller items like the butt plugs are particularly cheap to buy this way.
If there is a colour you really hate, just write it in the comments field when you place the order and we will make sure you don't receive that finish. Alternatively whatsapp, text or email us this info, stating your name and the model in question. Kindest Ande, head honcho at the Bank of Bonk.
